Delivery areas

We deliver to Austria and Germany, Switzerland, Serbia and the rest of the EU. Other countries on request: office@dental-neomed.com.

Shipping and logistics

Shipping and fulfilment are handled by our logistics partner euShipments from the warehouse in Senec (Slovakia). After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number; details on tracking can be found on the “Parcel Tracking” page.

Shipping costs (net)

Austria: standard shipping €5.99 · free shipping on orders of €80 or more · express shipping €9.99.
For all other countries, shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Delivery times

Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly confirmed (§ 6 T&C). Transit times depend on the destination country; you can track your delivery at any time using the tracking number.

Third-country deliveries (Switzerland, Serbia)

Deliveries to non-EU countries are export deliveries. Customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are borne by the recipient (delivery DAP – delivered at place, uncleared), unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Payment methods

Payment is made by bank transfer – in advance or, after approval as a professional customer, on invoice with the payment term stated on the invoice. Our bank details (Slovenská sporiteľňa, a. s., BIC: GIBASKBX) are provided on the invoice. Any additional payment methods are displayed during checkout.

VAT

All prices are net prices. Deliveries to businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID are made VAT-free under the reverse charge procedure (VAT ID verification via VIES); details are set out in § 4 and § 5 of our T&C.
