Your order is handled by an external fulfilment and logistics partner. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number and a tracking link.

With the tracking number provided, you can follow the current status of your delivery online at any time. Tracking usually includes:

• shipping date
• current transport status
• expected delivery date
• delivery confirmation

Shipping is carried out by our logistics partners, who specialise in the safe transport of goods – particularly medical devices. The carrier is selected by our fulfilment partner.

• deliveries are made to the delivery address provided during checkout
